Our industry leading insurance covers emergency vet bills. Please make the owner aware of any incidents, and take the dog to a vet if necessary. Please also let us know about the accident as soon as possible or within 48 hours. If a claim is submitted late this may not be accepted by our insurance provider. Vet bills will need to be paid up front, but on receipt of an itemised bill, our insurance company will reimburse the fees. Please note there's a £500 excess fee, this should be split 50/50 between the pet owner and pet carer unless it is clear the carer is at fault, the carer will then be responsible for the total excess.
If the vet fees are particularly large, please call us on 0208 004 0860 and we will be happy to work out an arrangement to ensure the dog receives all necessary treatment. For any other incidents, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will advise what the best course of action is.
