We hope that you never have to call on our insurance policy - but it's there as back up for extra peace of mind. You are only able to receive this cover if the booking is made through the site or over the phone with us on 0208 004 0860. 

You should not be paying our sitters direct as this does not allow you to receive the insurance cover.

Our insurance covers

  • public liability
  • emergency vet fees (accidental injury)
  • transport of animals 
  • much, much more. 
We believe the most important aspect is that your pet is covered, so our insurance was built with that in mind. Underwritten by one of the world's largest insurance providers, our insurance covers emergency vet fees as well as third party costs.

If an accident was to happen please get in touch as soon as possible - we require to know about this within 48 hours. Some claims will not be accepted if a long period of time passes before we hear about it. Please note: there's a £250 excess fee, this should be split 50/50 between the pet owner and pet carer unless it is clear the carer is at fault, the carer will then be responsible for the total excess. Any vet bill under this amount will not be submitted.
