The most common reason a walk won't track on your phone is because your location settings aren't on or set to the incorrect setting.
When your Location Services setting has been overridden you will notice a 'loading' icon in the middle of the screen and a small 'warning icon' in the bottom left hand corner.
To change the settings you just need to follow these easy steps:
Go to Settings >> Privacy
Click on 'Location Services'
Make sure Location Services are on.
Scroll through your list of Apps that use location services until you find 'Tailster Carer App' and click it.
Make sure 'Always' is selected.
Please note. We will ONLY track your location when a walk is being tracked or a photo is being taken/sent using the app.
