What if the dog owner tries to re-negotiate the amount they want to pay after booking?

If an owner would like to pay you more money for your fabulous service, that’s great! However, if an owner disputes the price for other reasons, we’ll endeavour to reach a solution that is pleasing for both parties.

You will be protected by our platform (safe in the knowledge that you will be paid), as we take payment from the dog owner and hold it in escrow until they return from their holiday.
