My dog carer asked for direct payment - how do I proceed?

Please do not pay your carer directly as this nullifies all of our benefits to you, and breaches our T&Cs.

If you pay the care directly, your pet's stay will not be covered by our comprehensive insurance, and you will not have the comfort of approving payment only when you are completely happy with the care provided (wehold onto your funds and only pay the carer when you approve it and are completely happy with the service provided).

Our carers are not to be paid direct.
