I haven't been paid?

Payments for boarding and sitting bookings are made after you have submitted your records. You will only be paid when this has been submitted.

For walking payments, service records also need to be submitted and payments are released on Wednesdays. Payments will appear in your account at some point during the day as we process thousands of payments. Please do not get in touch with us chasing walking payments, until the thursday of the following week.

If your payment has still not arrived in to your account, please message us with details of the pet, the booking id, and the dates in question and our finance team will investigate.
