How do I receive tracked walks?

There is no need to do anything through the app in order to receive a tracked walk. They will be sent to you via email as soon as the walk is finished, and photo updates as soon as the carer has sent them.

You can also view all tracked walks and photo updates in the ‘Activity feed’ of your app. To get there, just click on the ‘Home’ tab and then click ‘Activity feed’ in the top left corner.
